Project Description
Building N1 is a 3,000 sf single tenant building and is part of the multi-building Eagle Landing Shopping Centre located in Chilliwack, BC. The building structure consists of concrete foundations with wood framed walls and roof structure.
Exterior finishes feature EIFS, cultured stone, cedar fascias, glulam beams and aluminum storefronts.
The Project also included asphalt paving and landscaping site improvements.
