Project Description
The project consists of a two storey, 39,300 square foot warehouse office base building for Madision Pacific Properties Inc.
The building structure is concrete tilt up and structural steel framing, with extensive curtain wall glazing in the office area and level and dock loading facilities in the warehouse area.
