Project Description
The Project consisted of a new 11,000 sf maintenance building and a 1,150 sf truck wash building with major upgrades to the existing civil services. Concrete tilt buildings with steel framing and insulated walls.
The maintenance building includes areas for parts, tools, welding and staff facilities. Operational equipment includes an overhead crane truck lift and paint booth.
The maintenance area also includes a high polish floor finish to provide an improved work environment.
The wash building is an open air building with high pressure washing equipment and controlled drainage system.
