Project Description
The office tenant improvement is for the new corporate offices for Harbite potato chips and includes executive offices, staff areas and quality assurance and testing facilities.
The process tenant improvement is for the new chip processing, warehouse and distribution facility and includes IMP, epoxy coatings, sprinkler and fire alarm systems. In coordination with this work, the process equipment, systems and racking structures.
