Project Description
The demolition of existing commercial and residential buildings and the construction of 3 retail buildings totaling 33,000 square feet.
Extensive offsite civil works was also required and included lane widening, relocation of existing underground and overhead utility services and traffic control revisions.
This retail centre features cultured stone, metal cladding and EIFS wall treatments with metal and glass canopies and is a LEED certified Project.
