Project Description
A 14,200 sf commercial retail shell building for three future tenancies. New on-site services and parking lot with pad preparation for future 7400 sf building.
Project included widening of the Langley Bypass to allow a new right-in / right-out highway access and new off-site sanitary and storm connections.
