Project Description
Development of an approximtely 5 acre site including relocation of a fisheries creek, extensive cut and fill operation which included temporary shoring of the existing embankment.
The building consisted of wood and steel frame construction with a 24 foot retaining / building wall against the neighbouring embankment.
Exterior finishes inclluded stucco, brick, metal cladding and aluminum storefronts.
