A 33,124sf tenant improvement for an independent Canadian grocery store specializing in products from all over Asia, such Vietnam, China, Philippines, Japan Korea and Thailand.

There is extensive underslab work to service the various specialty departments and refrigeration equipment to maintain the open area concept. Specialty departments include a bakery, café area, prepared foods, and meat department that includes Halal and seafood. Support areas include coolers, freezers, preparation, receiving areas and offices.
