Project Description
Building Q is an 11,500 sf multi-tenant building with Tim Hortons as an anchor tenant and is part of the multi-building Eagle Landing Shopping Centre. The building structure consists of concrete foundations with structural steel framing, masonry and steel stud exterior walls.
Exterior finishes include EIFS, cultured stone, hardi-plank siding, cedar fascias, fabric awnings and aluminum storefronts.
The Project also includes asphalt paving and landscaping site improvements.
