Project Description
Building L is a 12,000 sf multi-tenant building and is part of the multi-building Eagle Landing Shopping Centre. The building structure consists of concrete foundations with masonry and steel stud exterior walls and structural steel framing.
Exterior finishes include EIFS, cultured stone, hardi-plank siding, cedar fascias, fabric awnings and aluminum storefronts.
The Project also includes asphalt paving and landscaping site improvements.
