Building K is a 5,040 sf single tenant building and is part of the multi-building Eagle Landing Shopping Centre located in Chilliwack, BC. The building structure consists of concrete foundations with structural steel framing and steel stud exterior walls.

Exterior finishes feature EIFS, cultured stone, cedar fascias, aluminum storefront and curtain wall systems with canopy shading and metal composite panels.

The Project also included asphalt paving and landscaping site improvements.
