Project Description
The Project consists of major facade and site improvements for an existing mall.
The facade work includes the selective demolition of the existing facade and roof membrane, new framing for EIFS, metal paneling and hardie-panel exterior finishes.
The site work includes removal of existing sidewalks and installation of new coloured sidewalks with accent borders. Selective demolition also includes landscaping and paving for new landscape and parking area improvements.
