Project Description
The interior deconstruction of the existing Earls restaurant and redemising of the space to provide three new CRU spaces with new mechanical and electrical services.
The Project also includes a refreshing of the existing exterior finishes with longboard cladding, aluminum storefront, stucco and paint.
