Project Description
The project includes exterior renovations, interior re-demising and tenant improvement work at a high profile operating shopping centre.
The exterior work includes extensive re-grading and installation of new concrete pavers, landscaping, new concrete planters and stairs and fixtures.
Improvements to the building exterior include new brick, hardi-soffits, longboard aluminate siding and stucco.
Interior work included a sushi restaurant tenant improvement and re-demising of existing tenant areas.
