Project Description
The Project required the interior abatement and deconstruction of a former TD Bank, church, dry cleaner and the relocation, interior abatement and deconstruction of an existing nail salon and the expansion of an existing hair salon. The work was phased to allow the ongoing operation of the nail and hair salon while deconstucting the availible areas to create a new tenant space for Planet Fitness.
The work was originally schedule for 7 months, but was condensed to 3 months to accomidate the Tenant and Landlord commitments.
