Project Description
To provide the Landlord’s work for approximately 10,000 sf each of two existing grocery stores for their tenant, Dollarama.
The work includes removal of existing finishes and mezzanine structure, new openings for glazing, doors and loading docks and the addition and reconfiguration of services for the new tenant.
