KalTire #075 is an existing store renovation to be completed in two phases. The first phase includes the selective demolition of the existing warehouse area and the addition of new services for their equipment and showroom for their Light Duty Fleet service department.

The second phase is the refreshing of the existing retail service area, showroom and support areas.
