Project Description
70,000 sf packing house and facilities building containing grading, packing, refrigerated storage and shipping operations.
Building structures were on spread footing foundations with manufactured Behlen Building System that included mechanical and electrical services for greenhouse boilers and fertilizer systems, grading, packing and shipping equipment and refrigeration system with tempered areas for peppers and tomatoes.
