Project Description
A 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility for 65 to 125 foot production and custom yachts.
The pre-engineered building with 100 foot clear span and 50 foot clear height is supported by concrete foundations on piles with a slab on grade.
The building features include radiant in-floor heating, 125 foot long paint booth and finish carpentry shops.
The Project also included launching and docking facilities and a security building.
