Project Description
Building M is a 14,000 sf multi-tenant building with Kal Tire as an anchor tenant and is part of the multi-building Eagle Landing Shopping Centre. The building structure consists of concrete foundations with masonry and steel stud exterior walls and structural steel framing.
Exterior finishes include EIFS, cultured stone, cedar fascias, fabric awnings and aluminum storefronts.
The Project also includes service upgrades and interior finishes as specified by Kal Tire.
