Project Description
The removal of interior finishes and mechanical and electrical services to accommodate the removal of hazardous materials containing spray fireproofing on the underside of the floor assembly.
Upon completion of the removal of hazardous materials, a new 2-hour FRR spray was re-applied and the services and finishes were replaced and returned to there previous condition.
Although the immediate area was cleared for construction, the work space was located within an operating hospital.
