Project Description
The addition of a 3500 square foot x 64-foot-high building tower within an existing production facility. Within this new tower, an equipment structure will be erected for their new processing equipment.
This will require removal of the existing floor slab and excavation and placement of a new raft slab to support the heavier building and equipment loads. The existing roof structure will also be upgraded to support the increased snow loads of the tower structure.
The tower envelope will be completed with insulated metal panels and EPDM roof membrane.
