Project Description
The Project includes the enclosure of an existing truck bay and installation of a new chocolate tank while maintaining their ongoing receiving of chocolate.
The structure is steel framing with insulated wall panels on concrete foundations and all mechanical, process and electrical services are connected to the existing services.
