Project Description
A 312,000 square foot roll paper distribution warehouse and marine facility (Fletcher Challenge) followed by a 105,000 square foot distribution warehouse addition (Norske Skog).
Site development including preload and underground services.
The concrete foundations include a very-flat concrete floor with armoured control joints covered by a pre-engineered building structure with 67 foot clear span and 25 foot clear height.
The Project also included infrastructure for marine, rail and transport distribution facilities and a twin barge unloading facility.
