The Xa'Xtsa Health and Administration Centre is a single storey, 4,553 st wood framed building with conventional reinforcing concrete foundations. The building facilites includes a community health / multipurpose room, staff kitchen, reception area, offices, medical exam / treatment spaces, administration spaces and general support staff space.

The construciton includes concrete slab on grade, wood framing and engineered wood trusses. The entry area and exterior canopy feature glulam beams & columns and T&G wood decking. Exterior site works include clearing, grubbing, stripping, subgrade preparation, grading, landscaping, concrete sidewalks, gravel parking area, generator and garbage enclosure, BC Hydro and sanitary services, septic field, water connections and storm infrastructure.

The building's exterior features hardieboard cladding, standing seam metal siding, curtian wall glazing and SBS roof membrane.
