Project Description
Renovation and addition to an existing medical clinic to create a 7000 sf two storey wood frame commercial building. The new clinic will occupy the second floor with a new pharmacy tenant on the main floor.
The exterior features extensive use of hardi-board products with wood and cultured stone features to maintain the heritage expression of Fort Langley.
