The Project is for Meridian Farm Market’s processing, distribution and e-commerce facility.

The 22,000 SF tenant improvement features a freezer, coolers, meat processing areas, offices and staff support areas.

The work includes removal and replacement of existing concrete floors for the freezer and processing areas, structural roof upgrades for the new mechanical equipment, a new mezzanine for the office area and refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems for these areas.
